nikki

Stockholm-based content strategist

Canadian expat thriving on Fika and social media strategy. I help brands shine online—less “hello, fellow kids” and more actual engagement. Also, I'm a Webby Award winner, but I promise I’m totally humble about it.

Companies I worked with

These are companies I have done projects for and companies in different capacities.

Worked with corporate entities

During my time at Valtech Radon, I worked with some big-name corporate clients. NDAs prevent me from sharing everything I did—but if you happen to glance at the HR-approved client list, I can absolutely wink dramatically in your direction.

Featured on Michelle Obama's Instagram: My Kyutee Nails Campaign Strategy

To promote Kyutee Nails and boost voter turnout in 2020, I teamed up with influencers—including Aquaria, a RuPaul’s Drag Race winner—because democracy deserves good nails. The campaign even made it onto Michelle Obama’s “When We All Vote” Instagram, which is probably the closest I’ll ever get to political greatness. Below are some of the influencers I got involved.

our team won a webby

Here’s the Webby I casually bragged about: At Black Chateau Enterprises, I played a key role in content creation, helping craft a Webby Award-winning newsletter—which means at least one prestigious panel of judges thought my work was internet gold.

Crafting a Plan for SF Studios' New Movie

Even though "Äkta Skräck" was a linguistic challenge for me, working with SF Studios was an absolute dream. As a Nordic film powerhouse, they set the bar high, and crafting a marketing campaign for their latest film was both thrilling and, ironically, a little terrifying—just like trying to pronounce the title correctly.

Our Team Wins Worth Partnership Project: A Prestigious EU Contest

We joined the WORTH Partnership Project, funded by the EU's COSME Programme. Representing Sweden, our aim was to design and produce clothing for premature babies, filling a market gap.

Skön Noir – Fashion Without the Mask

As part of the Noroff Digital Marketing program, I created Skön Noir—a brand where everything is black, timeless, and truly inclusive.

Why?

After getting fired from L.A.M.B. for losing a fight with a printer (yes, really) and working for a boss who threw a box in frustration, I saw how fashion hires neurodivergent talent only if they can mask.

Skön Noir changes that by hiring neurodivergent individuals as they are and giving back to future creatives.

A Work in Progress

So far, it includes:

  • Branding – The vision and values of Skön Noir.

  • Newsletter Development – A strategic email campaign on inclusion and sustainability.

More to come as it grows.

black chateau work

I joined Black Chateau Enterprises in 2021, a PR agency for authors, books, and literary magic. Since then, I’ve worked with famous authors and influencers, creating content that makes people actually judge a book by its cover.

repowered

Working with For Repowered was a proud moment for me, especially considering my family's Holocaust history. The project aimed to bring Ukrainian frontline medics to Sweden for psychological rehabilitation, with our focus on showcasing their stories through an exhibit.

youngnest

When I was younger, I was at home, deeply confused about adulthood (like most of us). Leaving the nest wasn’t exactly a well-planned mission. Then I worked with YoungNest, a client dedicated to helping young adults in Sweden navigate actual adulthood—because, honestly, I could’ve used a handbook back then.

social media group/page management

Having ADHD means I somehow ended up managing multiple Facebook groups—including moderating the ADHD Female Entrepreneurs group, which grew from a small community to 21K members. Key strategy? Regular mod check-ins to keep things running smoothly and prevent full-scale comment wars (which, let’s be honest, are inevitable).

Let’s rebrand Vässla’s socials

I conducted a rebranding process for Vässla and assisted in determining how to reposition themselves on their social media platforms.

FASHION Work(Sashay, Shanté)

Yes, fashion is my passion—cliché, but true. As a kid, I was constantly sketching outfits like I had a Paris runway to prepare for. With a background in art history and fashion design, I see the world in aesthetics
