When we acquired Ally as a client, it came as a surprise to me. As someone who initially had a background in fashion, I was tasked with figuring out how to approach this project.

Ally is a couples therapy app aimed to generate buzz in the UK.

That entailed conducting a thorough content audit, examining research from academic sources and surveys, mapping out the customer journey, and analyzing our three target demographics.

A Strategy was Made

After discovering customer insights, we aimed to reposition the app as a stepping stone for those considering therapy rather than just for troubled couples. We planned a brand journey and found that video content resonated well across all three generations (Millinials, Genx, and Gen Z).

so what now?

This project taught us about couples counseling apps and how to view content from multiple perspectives. In the end, the feedback was positive, and they expressed hope in implementing our strategy.
